Sound 2 Radio was created to serve as a pool to pour a passion for music and creativity together, originally installed as a weekly rotating Spotify playlist. The idea has since evolved into an underground internet radio broadcast, featuring 24/7 curated music streaming, as well as underground music articles, blogs, interviews coming soon.

Sound 2 Radio explores the depths of music, holding itself to no boundaries in the exploration of every frequency possible. Here you will find an endless array of genres and the interesting sounds that reside within. Explore how music can tell a unique story or produce an emotion you didn’t know you could feel.
Sound Two Radio is an independently operated internet radio service based in Montana, United States. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit sound2.live or listen to our stream. For privacy questions or requests, contact soundtworadio@gmail.com.
Information used to provide the radio
You do not need an account to listen. Connecting to the website or stream sends technical information to the systems delivering it, such as a connecting IP address (or a proxy address), request time, requested resource, browser or player information, and connection activity. Streaming software maintains access and error logs. This information is used to deliver audio, troubleshoot problems, understand current connection counts, and protect the service.
The listener count is an aggregate count of stream connections, not a public list of listeners. Recent Transmissions lists the station's played tracks; it is not your personal listening history.
Browser storage and cookies
The website uses local storage in your browser under the key s2r.nowPlaying.v1 to remember the last available track information. This lets the player show a last-known track when fresh metadata is unavailable. It is not an account identifier or a record of your individual listening activity. You can remove it through your browser's site-data settings. Blocking local storage does not prevent listening.
The current website code does not set tracking cookies or include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Network and infrastructure providers may process technical data as part of their own services. This policy will be updated if our practices change.
Messages you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the content and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information. Our contact mailbox is hosted by Google; its handling of data is described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Service providers and disclosure
The website and radio stream are operated from the United States. Cloudflare provides our domain/DNS services; information processed by Cloudflare is described in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Your internet provider and any external player you choose also handle connections under their own policies.
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service, respond to a lawful request, or protect legal rights. External websites linked from our pages have their own privacy practices.
Retention and security
Operational logs rotate based on size, rather than a guaranteed number of days. How long particular entries remain depends on traffic and rotation. Email correspondence is retained as needed to address the conversation, operational needs, or applicable legal obligations. Browser-stored track information remains until it is replaced or you clear site data.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to this independent service, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may stop the stream, clear browser storage, or contact us about personal information you have provided. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or other privacy rights. We will consider requests under applicable law and may need to verify your request. We may not be able to identify historical connections from an email address alone.
Children and changes to this policy
The service is intended for a general audience, not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it. Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised effective date.

These terms govern use of Sound Two Radio at sound2.live and its radio stream. Sound Two Radio is an independently operated service based in Montana, United States. Listening and availability
The service provides online radio and related station information without requiring a listener account. Listening uses your internet connection and may incur charges from your provider. Programming, track information, and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted audio, a particular schedule, or error-free metadata. The service may be interrupted or changed for maintenance, technical reasons, or other operational needs.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, disrupt the stream or website, introduce malicious code, or overload the service with automated requests. We may restrict connections reasonably believed to threaten the service or violate these terms.
Music and other content
Music, recordings, artwork, names, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access to the stream does not grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, commercially rebroadcast, or otherwise use content beyond what the relevant rights holder or applicable law allows. Sound Two Radio branding and original website materials are likewise protected where applicable.
If you believe material on the service infringes your rights, email us with the material or track involved, the date and time if known, the rights at issue, and a way to contact you. We will review the report. This contact address is not represented as a registered copyright agent.
Programming and external links
Broadcasts may include explicit lyrics or other material some listeners find unsuitable. Views expressed by artists or speakers are their own and are not necessarily endorsed by Sound Two Radio. Links to other services are provided for convenience; we do not control their content, availability, or policies.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains technical connection data, operational logs, browser storage, and information you send us. It is available from the About Us footer.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, Sound Two Radio's operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions or use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Montana, United States, except where mandatory laws applicable to you provide otherwise. These terms do not require arbitration or waive any non-waivable consumer rights.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Contact us if you have questions about a change.
